ORDERS:
Sales are made on a retail basis to the general public and on a wholesale basis to stocking trade retailers/gunsmiths holding Federal Firearms licenses only. You can order on-line 24 hours a day. Orders may also be placed by phone (800) 949-8088 from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central time Monday thru Friday. Orders may also be faxed 24 hours a day by calling (251) 580-5000, or by mail(see bottom of page). New dealers, please furnish copy of current FFL . Prices are subject to change without notice. Invoices will reflect prices in effect at the time of shipment. Every effort is made to maintain all items in stock and shipment is made within 24 hours of order. In case of an extended delay, notification of expected availability will be provided. We can't ship UPS to Post Office boxes, sorry!

TERMS:
Terms are prepaid, COD, VlSA/MasterCard, American Express, Discover or net 30 in U.S. funds (cash, money order, or company check). A $30.00 service charge on all checks returned due to insufficient funds. Applications for open accounts are considered on an individual basis. Write, FAX, or phone for further information.

SHIPPING: Orders are shipped by US Mail or UPS to include Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3rd Day Air. Canada shipments are sent US air mail (sorry no COD available on Canada shipments). If your shipment arrives short or damaged, note this on the UPS drivers log and call UPS for an inspection report. UPS will return the damaged/short packages. Shipments are FOB Selma, Alabama. Prepaid orders must include shipping charges.

RETURNS: Returns are accepted under specific conditions. Advance notice of intent to return is required and must be given within 15 days of invoice date and returned to us within 10 days of notice. No returns accepted freight collect or COD. After inspection full credit will be issued for defective items. A 10% restocking fee is charged on refused/returned shipments.

Colonial Arms, Inc. strongly believes in the use of technology to keep your information private and secure. We will take all necessary steps to pursue all credit card complaints or disputes and will prosecute any and all credit card fraud. If you do not wish to provide your credit card information for an online order, you may order by Phone or by Mail.
